Re: Soon to Join the Datsun Game!
Yes I am well aware hahah. Thank you. I Was looking to get it a factory 4 blade fan for the ride back. They're fairly cheap anyway. So after talking with my parents, my plans may have changed. This weekend I'm going to look at a local, non running roadster. It will more than likely be a project and it will depend on how much rust is on it. I'm looking to do a motor swap anyway. But in America, although I'm new to roadsters, I can more than positively say it is a rare find and limited in numbers. So even if there is some rust on it, I think I'd be willing to restore it.

Rolando,
Somewhere on this forum, there is a list of name of people you can call when traveling with your roadster for "Datsun Roadster Roadside Assistance" in case of breakdown. I'll bet a number of us would be willing to meet you if there's a roadster you're looking at that's near where we are.
Just be warned, we roadster owners can tend to be a bit talkative, especially when it comes to roadsters! As my brother says, "when your ears start to bleed, let me know and I'll stop talking."

Haha, thanks. The plans for the Minnesota roadster fell through. But, I did find a rarity locally. I have yet to see it in person. Its stored away with a few others. All i know is that it needs restoration and another tidbit i'll disclose when pictures are posted. I'm expecting the worst, but ready for a lengthy "resto" battle. It won't be put back to original if it's as bad as I'm expecting(hopefully it isn't though).
