From the factory, yes, though I think there were the odd one or two in white (yet to find proof)...that were used in later publicity shots for Nissan.
Thanks for posting, I have seen these a while ago, but only just got a computer with sound and more brains than a dead gnat. There is one ore two good Japanese blogs on the Silvia, which shows a good bit on what they are doing engine/suspension/drivetrain.

I shall correct myself slightly, yes they are green, but the colour is called Silvia gold, code 545. Won't be doing mine is this colour, I hate it!
