Malibu Fun Run Jan 1

Post by Linda »

I'm planning another run out to the Santa Monica mountains, Malibu etc. I plan to go about 930A from the Macy's parking lot on Topanga Bl where the SuperCar Sunday show is usually held.
It was beautiful this past weekend and weather should be great again. Time to drive while we can!

Should be fun as Paul of RockStorePhotos will be shooting with a Nikon DX3 (24 mg) thru the whole weekend. Your chance to get a awesome quality action shot of your car in a beautiful location.
This was last weekend to give you an idea of the photo quality, only the DX3 is better:

Sounds like fun. If I can get mine to run a little better by the weekend (just got started with the car), I'll be there.

Linda, nice meeting you. I had the Subaru 360 out to give it some run time, not appropriate for cruising with anything more than a snail. Next time! Your car looks great.
"Guy hears a knock at the door, opens it, and there is a snail there. He picks up the snail and throws it as far as he can.

Three years later, another knock at the door. He opens it, and it's the same snail. The snail says, "What the hell was that all about?"

Thanks Garm, nice meeting you too. Next time with your Roadster for sure.
I am half way thru and taking a coffee break at Trancas Starbucks. Mulholland was humming! Never seen so many vintage cars.
Hazy fog is burning off at the beach. Super!
