U20 head won't fit on anything but a U20 - your chances of finding a U20 bottom end in Australia are pretty slim.

Having said that, it looks suspiciously like an R16 head. In that case, it will bolt onto an H20 bottom end. The most common source of the H20 would be from an E23 Urvan (although not all E23 Urvans used the H20), they also came in Nissan Caball and some early Cedric's.

Just noticed the picture after 1600 dave's response. I agree, that looks like a standard R16 head to me.

Can someone let me know what these items are. I'm assuming its a R16 head from what most people have said...and yes it does look like its push rode.
And a gearbox, I'm assuming its an old 4 speed?
Thank you in advance

Yes, it does appear to be a 4 speed and an R16 head.

No worries. If you need parts you can also try Lou Mondell on loumond@hotmail.com Lou also sells stroker kits for the R16 so you can get it to 2 litre. Lou is in Melbourne. The Datsun Sports Owners Association at datsun.org.au also has parts for members.
