Thinking about offering a complete Volvo brake conversion...

I currently make and sell the Volvo brake conversion manifolds and I've been asked a couple of times if I offered the calipers and manifolds together.

I looked into it and I could offer a complete kit: Loaded calipers(new calipers and pads) manifolds installed and pressure tested for $300 a complete set.

This would include shipping in the U.S. and anything outside the U.S. would have to be actual shipping plus the cost of the kit.

Let me know if anyone would like this offered and if I get enough response I'll start building them and I'll advertise them under the "For Sale" category.

Also, in addition to what you would provide, what else would I need to install these and make them functional?

If your Roadster is 67 1/2 or later than you'll only have to turn down the rotors to 11.175 so they won't rub. Then drill out the mount holes to 1/2 dia.

If your Roadster is not 67 1/2 or later you will need to upgrade the master cylinder to a 1975-77 280 zx 7/8" master cylinder.
