My concern is that the piston is too close to the head. The piston is not "HITTING" the head, but it is much closer than the others.
This could be caused by either:

The deck height is too close <.030 to .040 inches on that one piston. or

There is something wrong in the bottom end (bearing, rod bolts loose, piston pin...) that is allowing the piston to come up too high.
