I have done some research recently on Caliper Cylinder Resleeving. I'll post here to share contact info on current vendors. I haven't done business with any of them.

From looking through old posts I think most have done some work for Roadster owners in the past.

Stainless:
Karp Sleeving - Upland, CA: http://www.rkarpsleeving.com

Brass:
Apple Hydraulics - Calverton, NY: http://www.applehydraulics.com

White Post Restorations - White Post, VA: http://www.whitepost.com/brake.html

Retired - but good info on their site:
Sierra Specialty - Quincy, CA: http://www.brakecylinder.com/

Takes your pick.
I just took them to my local Brake Shop and had the two M/Cs and all wheel cylinders done.
Not calipers though, but I think they are just a routine procedure as well.
Save your pennies though

Is that the better and/or cheaper way to go rather than buying cylinders from one of the vendors?

I sent Karp's a request thru their website for a 1968 2000, this is the reply I received 3/13/2013.

"master s&r app. 195.00 wheel cyls. app. 95.00 the front calipers dunlop? if so 220.00 per wheel"

FWIW

New cylinders can still rust especially if you don't take care if them. Stainless sleeved cylinders won't rust.
I believe Karp's was less than that when I had mine done.
I see from the thread 60 ea

Quotes received:

Apple Hydraulics:
Resleeving only: send us empty housings, pistons and bleeders removed (leave centering rod in place, we work around it). We return cleaned and resleeved, but still empty. You reassemble with a kit you provide. $60 each brass sleeve, $80 each stainless steel sleeve.

Complete rebuilding: send them as they came off the caliper, we return ready to bolt back on the caliper, straight out of the box. (we will dissasemble, clean, resleeve and reassemble with new rebuild kit). $95 each (brass), $115 each (stainless)

Turnaround time is one week here, in the shop. Shipping is flat rate priority mail, insured, $14.70 for anything that fits in 8.5x11x5.5 box.

White Post:
The cost to sleeve & completely rebuild your calipers is $80.00 each + ups ground back to you is $20.00. Pads and bridge pipes are extra if you need them. Lifetime warranty and about 24 hours in our shop.

Karp's only did resleeving not reassembly. Less liability.
The reassembly is not hard, just get the rebuild rubber with the red brake grease.

Update 2016-Karp's now does a total rebuild if desired 95 per cylinder

I believe Carl Jaeger still does them. Current listed price is $100 each and you ship to Canada.

I came across another source recently. I have not contacted them.

Goldline Brakes in Seattle:

Looks like they re-sleeve as well as rebuild

Ya, right in my neighborhood on the way home from work. So of course at this time now that I know about them I don't actually need anything done since I bought some oh so slightly used complete brakes and rotors for a mere $250. HOWEVER, that polymer coating looks pretty inviting. Wonder how it compares to powder coating?

Interesting that on that Rallye site the original color for the caliper holder is silver.

Called for price, $248.95 per wheel for resleeve and coating. $60 per caliper just to coat the holder.

I swear the Jaguar caliper looks like it would bolt right on.

I have purchased the ones from Karl (hope I spelled that right) above and they are excellent. That's just barely more than buying them new from Nissan.

Cheers
James

Now I just wish he would do the 310 wheel cylinders...
