10th Annual Shedd BBQ August 19, 2017

Total Solar Eclipse - August 21st.
Our area is prime viewing for this event. If you are coming to the BBQ and plan on staying in a motel, I would encourage you to book a room early. In this area there is Eugene 35 min., Corvallis 25 minutes, Albany, 15 minutes, Sweethome 30 minutes and Lebanon 15 minutes. There is plenty of room for camping.

There was article on one of the local talk shows this morning about the eclipse and the crowd they're expecting.
FWIW, make your reservation early, you can always cancel if you decide not to use it.

10th ANNUAL SHEDD ROADSTER BBQ - AUGUST 19, 2017
(Always 3rd Saturday in August)

Saturday-
Fun Run 11 am to 2 pm
BBQ 2 pm to ?
Bring spouse/significant other or ? - Side dish and favorite beverage (not required).
For those that come early on Thursday - Salmon BBQ (RSVP only) beverages and lots of BS.
Friday - 11 am to ? Willamette Valley Winery Cruising - stop for lunch and more BS.
Saturday - Lots of pictures and new and old friends.
Camping available.

It is only 4 weeks until the Shedd BBQ, time to make your plans, prep your cars, align the fuel cap, and tighten the lug nuts. A 2 hour Fun Run is planned for the Mohawk Valley/McKenzie River area. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there.
