So far so good - Thanks for the quick test fit Curtis.

Now if the international shipments actually go through without getting hung up in customs, I'll be a happy camper.

I received mine the other day and installed today. It fits really well and looks great! Thanks for your time and effort.
I was worried at first that it would get in the way of the throttle, but it has decent clearance too.
I included two picts after install: under dash and engine compartment.

Thanks for the feedback and great pics. Your firewall pic shows just how tight things are in there. I attempted to match the original hose geometry as close as I could possibly measure without a CMM.

I have USPS confirmation that 100% of the Domestic US shipments have arrived at their respective destinations. If you did not receive your order please let me know. I believe the three international orders 2 CN and 1 NL are in country now but I'm guessing USPS will loose track of them now that they are out of their control.

Good job Steve, I like how you were able to dull the shine on mine. They will look fine in the car.

Looks like were almost there friends. The 3 international orders cleared customs and are out for delivery.

If you have issues or concerns with your product, please PM me immediately so I can work the issue. "Silence is approval" is the rule I am following here. I am currently holding 3 hoses back to address any issues. If no one speaks up, I have a buyer (in wait) for those 3, and I will process their order.

Also, since the feedback has been good so far, I'm assuming the product design and quality is suitable for ongoing production and sales. Therefor to finish the final phase of this project, I have been in contact with a viable vendor to see if they are interested in supplying these in the future. There are about five'ish vendors on my list. I'll work through them in progression one at a time.

Warm Regards,
Steve

I now have USPS confirmation that 100% of the orders shipped have been delivered. So it looks like the international orders went through OK. If anyone is missing their stuff or is displeased with the product, please PM me immediately. Otherwise, I'm going to sell the remaining inventory and it will be very difficult to handle your issue after that. I don't want any unhappy campers when I'm finished up with this project.

Thank you so much Curtis. You have graciously offered your help and support (even financial) all along. I appreciated your encouraging words and enthusiasm.

And now for the teaser: The final phase of the project has begun. I have secured an agreement with a well known, high quality vendor ready, willing, an certainly able to make this product available in the future.

I have received confirmation from the three international customers that they have indeed received their orders. So far, all the feedback has been positive. So, with that, I invoiced the last 3 hoses today and will ship them tomorrow. Well, I did keep one for myself to put on my 66. That my friends will bring this project to its rightful conclusion, and you won’t be subject to my rambling on this topic in the future.
But I must acknowledge my appreciation and give thanks to the following members:

1. Steve Allen – Without this website, none of this would have been possible. When I was a starting engineer 40 years ago, we had no personal computers, internet, CAD, E-mail, digital photos, Paypal, online USPS, private messages, etc. Now days, with the help and collaboration of the members on this website we can complete a project like this at a reasonable cost.

2. Richard K –Richard is from the Netherlands and not only offered, but immediately shipped me his only intact OEM hose to copy. He didn’t know me from Adam but took a leap of faith and sent me his precious hose on his dime. Not many people would do that! His contribution broke through my whole concept of the hose routing. My original hose was nowhere close to being correct, so I was on a completely wrong path. Your hoses are a direct copy of Richard’s hose.

3. Spriso Motorsports – Michael graciously agreed to do the test fitting. I had worked on a brake project with Michael in the past and knew he would give me an accurate, fair, and honest critical review of the product. He did exactly that and in short order. His feedback was incorporated into the final design.

4. Sports Imports – The final piece of this project was to find a viable vendor to carry on. Ross has agreed to offer this product as part of his portfolio ongoing. He will be adding it to his website shortly. My offer to Ross should not be viewed as a negative to other vendors. Over the years, I have purchased products from almost all the vendors and found them to be excellent and honest business people.

5. You all, the buyers and supporters -Your words of encouragement were invaluable. Plus, the unbelievable surprise, 100% of the members that expressed interest, came through with orders. All my Paypal invoices were paid within 3 days. That’s amazing to me. I certainly expected to have to follow up with stragglers. Nope – smooth as silk. Thanks so much.

So, Let’s put this deal to bed!
Regards,
Steve
