Tip / Trick. Need a quick fix on that throttle cable?

Need a quick fix on that throttle cable, the one between the firewall & linkage?

Go to a bicycle store and have them fabricate it out of bicycle brake line (with the nub of course!). Total cost? Around 9 bucks.

You can also get 2 of them (longer) and clip the nubs off and fabricate a pair of choke cables too.

haha I went to Walmart and explained the cable and the lady took me to art department and handed me a roll of that same kind ,bike break cable , and I've been using it for new throttle ,and throttle control cable , and the rest of it I use to snake out my lines at the curves with it . I think it was about $4-5 . . I started in the bike section thinking there'd be break cables there but that's when I asked a worker .
