Anyone in the LA,OC,IE want to gather for a twisty road drive tomorrow morning? I'm open to route suggestions. Meet 7a or 7:30a or something.

I am going to the Trancas Cars and Coffee tomorrow am. Probably take the long way through the mountains going home (might make a quick stop at Super Car Sunday also). This is my last weekend to drive the car as we are moving back to TN in a couple of weeks and the car is leaving before I do.

I was thinking about this route:
Google Map
Start at the Shell station turn out by 210 and 2. Up the 2 (Angeles Crest) to Islip Saddle.
Back down the 2, but turning right and continuing down Upper and Big Tujunga Canyon.
If you're in I'd like to leave sharp at 7a. It's Superbowl, so I need to be back a little early.
If no takers, I'm going to go local (Ortega Highway).

Sorry about your ankle , Greg. If you need someone to drive your Solex I am sure there will be plenty of volunteers.......... :)

Actually went with a buddy in his porsche,

It's the 1st Sunday pf each month. Just remind people, I guess. But it is a wonderfull CnC IMHO - best around - even preferable (to me) than the old Irvine one.
