Bob's Big Boy - Tonight 10/20 - Burbank

Post by Manu »

Hello my friends,

I was thinking of taking Ruby to Bob's Big Boy tonight if anyone is interested.
I've never been there but really want to check it out. Would love to see some of your faces!

That place is super crowded, and it can get a little "argumentative" too. So watch yourself, otherwise have fun.

Have fun Manu, I really wish Bob had a big boy here in Seattle. Maybe someday :)

Better get there really early. After 5:00, most spots are taken. Very few sports cars. Mostly hot rods and low riders.

Oh, I think maybe Red Baron and I met at Big Boy's back when they had trophy nights (and again later at Solvang)?

Ahhh haven’t even left work yet.
Is it still worth going just to check it out the cars then?

Yes, worth going once at least.
The place and culture is iconic as a cruise spot for many years, an inspiration for the movie American Graffiti.......
Like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower...Mais Non!....... Well, a little exaggerated  :D

Went there around 8pm and spots were becoming available. Some really nice cars like that original AC Cobra!

Nice iconic location. Is the food any good?
And I still got to see American Graffiti!
