I am not sure. maybe all the rain got in the way. it is getting close to Solvang now so maybe everyone is preping for that.

Hmmm, I have street tires for my car now. With some heads up I might be interested.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

Some of us may be heading to Canepa on Apr 9th.

I can plot a route up the coast for a fun run afterwards if there is interest.

My car is in Chico getting a Solvang prep and What did you do for your Datsun lately...new comp springs, Konis and sway bar; 3.7 rear; tire and wheel transplant, and a sweet kiss from Steve Pettersen :D

Not sure I will have it back by Saturday...

That route looks good. But I prefer a NON rainy day and it is looking pretty rainy now.

Also I just got my roadster back together and started. I am still waiting on a clear day to take it out of the garage and let it warm up and brake in the new valve job, head, B-Cam, rockers, lash pads, timing chains and sprockets for 20 minutes at 2000 or so RPM.

Until I get that done and do a little running around to make sure things are OK I guess I will have to wait on doing any fun runs.

But it sounds like fun.

Perhaps one of the days of the next 3 day weekend...Jan 14,15 or 16. Rain cancels.

The route looks good...maybe a shorter variation via Soquel-San Jose Rd.

Looks like fun, and a great way to see some new things. I relocated the car up to Vallejo (from El Segundo) this past Sunday. Ran great, but had the top up and the heater on high - I vote for some top-down weather too!

As soon as the wet weather clears (looks like a full 2 week) let's get together. I'm excited!
