I have to say that the Solvang show has really come a long way since the last time I went which was probably 12 years ago. I think at that time there were only 20 or so cars that I remember showing up. Seeing all of the cars lined up for the group photo, I damned near s**t my pants it was too cool for words.
It got me all pumped to get my 70 1600 done for next years event (a 13 year frame-off restoration) So it's about time I got off my butt and finish the damn thing.
Anyways, the poker run was a blast (even with wrong turns, it just made it that much more exciting.) There was soooo many beautiful Datsuns out there I just wanted to say awesome job taking such pride in your rides and coming out to share with all.
Thanks for a great event,
Mark

I'll second that sentiment!
Solvang was truly an amazing event. There were so many nice cars there- more than I had ever seen in one place. The people were friendly, the weather was perfect and I have to say the show was run with precision and excellence by the Fresno crowd.
I was lucky to be there and truly enjoyed the day. See you next year!
