Some from the car show downtown...
A couple of corrections... "Toly is from Tulsa, not Tilsa and the red Healey should read 59 not 69 :D :D

And finally, some from Sunday's track event..
This is just a small sampling of what was there. All in all, I would guess that there was around 200 cars there, probably more. There was everything from a early 70's Volvo 4 door sedan to a new McLaren.

Great pics Mike! The B210 is my friend Chuck's car, I'm pretty sure that it is a SCCA National Championship car. Chuck also has a a beautiful 260Z that he drove off the showroom floor, it is quite a car. I really hope to get Datsun as the featured marque and if anyone here thinks they'd be seriously interested in attending next year (October) please let me know, I'm trying to get a feel for interest from the Roadster community. The upside down silver Z car in the pics is owned by one of the organizers so there is already enthusiasm for Datsuns. I'd love to see this happen, my son and I have had a blast the years we've attended, so please let me know if you're interested.

By the way Chuck that owns the wrecked Miata also owns the B210 in the earlier photos, he's been racing for 55 years.

You are right Jim. My friend Randy who I shared my car with knows him as well since they have raced together many times. We were talking to Chuck at the drivers meeting Sunday morning and he said that he and the Rx7 driver that hit him made eye contact while he was upside down in the air! It would be really fun to have Datsun as the featured marque... You get more track time!
