Someone made reproduction stainless rods. I bought one and I wish they would make more.
66 stroker, almost done.

Here was a thread on it. Gerado made some but I don't remember if I bought it from him. They were not expensive, maybe $30 or so. You cut some rod to length, squish the two ends and drill a couple holes. The important thing is getting the holes the right distance apart which would fiddly.
