Horn Assembly

I have a 1967.5 low windshield 1600 Roadster. The horn had stopped working and the mechanic re-wired so it now has power. However, the car was returned to me without the proper parts under the horn pad to deactivate!! Can someone take a look at the attached photo and advise me what parts appear to be missing. Thank you

Looks like you might be missing the rubber ring. Some folks have used vacuum hose but Ross at Sports Imports actually has the reproduction rubber part if that is what you need. Thank you Steve. Would the rubber ring be in addition to the “horn spring” (O-ring) that is to be placed between grounding ring and insulating disc according to the article/photos by Nissanman explaining the horn assembly?
