Hi,

I am need some advice on removing the ignition tumbler from my 1967 flat dash. I am dropping the dash off to get powder coated tomorrow and have everything removed but the tumbler.

Thanks i advance for the help.

My "beauty" ring was just threaded on my 66. I'm not sure what you mean by removing the tumbler. The switch is a complete unit. Just unscrew (twist off) that trim ring and the switch unit can be pulled out the back. If you meant something else I apologize. (I think if you look at vendor photos you can see the threaded portion of the assembly).
