Is that the infamous Stoker you’ve been working on for a little while?

Megasquirt? Lots of development time There! Great work Daryl! I mounted my coil pick up for the megajolt on a metal plate bolted to the front cover, down on the lowest two bolts on the manifold side of the engine. My toothed wheel was a smaller diameter than yours it appears and welded to the back of the crank pulley. I look forward to hearing how the tuning goes.

Very interesting build, great accomplishment. Which EFI intake plenum was married to the R16? Good luck with the tune.

"Is that the infamous Stoker you’ve been working on for a little while?"
 Uhhh....yeah....too long really, with any luck I'll get a bit of time off and get going on it a bit more....

"Which EFI intake plenum was married to the R16?"
Totally custom. The flanges which bolt to the head were cut off a stock manifold. The rest was cobbled together with info from the SDS efi website and a few other websites/books which had info to calculate length, diameter, volume, etc, of the various pieces. The injector bung position could possibly be better nearer the head, but, I put it where it is as a compromise between different info I was reading at the time.

"Megasquirt?"
Aye, mate! Megasquirt II. Works very well, and not so complicated that you need a pro to sort it out. If doing a fuel only conversion, the self tuning will get you where you need to be rather quickly, imo. When you add programmable ignition, changing the ignition advance can have substantial effects on the fuel ratios, so dyno time is a must to get the most out of the system.

Write up on the 2065cc stroker once it's up and running....

This picture shows one of the reasons I like the electric fan - good line of sight for timing, and easy access to all of the front of the engine. That is a custom water pump pulley to work with the U20 dampener.
