Dash/tach and steering interference
Pulling my dash and after removing the column and ignition covers, seeing interference pushing against the tach area of the dash. Is this normal? I didn’t notice it before with the covers installed, and going to have the dash refurbed and want it all right.

That can't be right. Your steering column is designed to collapse in the event of a front impact. Perhaps yours had a partial collapse. I noticed one on Ebay Saturday.
