My wiper pivot on the passenger side has a problem, the top aluminum part turns over de steel center part, is this repairable or do I have to find a replacement?

Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall,torque is how far you take the wall with you.

File a flat on the pivot shaft and fit a set screw in the drum.
