Hi,
Does anyone have a picture for the funky shaped hose which goes from the front manifold to the heater core? I have one and have no idea which way it routes and attaches.
thanks

I don't have a 2000 so I can't be sure what you have, but you may get an answer if you describe what a "front manifold" is.

Re: U20 Heater pipe to front manifold routing
As I recall, it will only go on one way. There's a "short curved end that makes a simple turn and a more convoluted end.
If you hold the hose up to the engine, you can see which end goes where.
The simple 90 degree end fits on a fitting at the front, right of the intake manifold, the hose lays on the inner fender under the carbs and threads around the rear of the engine, thru the firewall and onto the heater body.
I didn't take any pictures when I put an new one on my '68 but if I remember correctly, there's only 1 way the ends will fit in place.
