Anybody seen this before on a Solex set-p

Post by 19692000survivor »

My 1968 SRL has something I haven’t seen before. It looks like a proportioning valve or maybe just a cutoff. Anyone out there come across these before? Thanks Rick

Looks like an old school manifold for dual carbs

Yup, just a fuel block. The correct piece would be a T on a bracket that mounts to one of the intake mounting studs.

No, it is just a fuel log. Fuel comes in through one port and goes out through the others.

Looks like the middle "bolt" is just a plug, it's probably designed to feed dual or triple carbs.
