Hi, Can anyone tell me if the lap belts were the original for the 1966 roadster? Is the 3-point any safer than the lap belt, if you can't affix them to a roll bar?

without a roll bar you have spine compression from the shoulder belt. But not sure what's best. Would be cool to see a seat belt cross bar made up for those who don't want a roll bar.
