Ignition Key Tumbler Pulls Out

Hi there,

My ignition switch works perfect however when pulling the key out if you don't hold the tumbler in place it pulls out with the key. It slips right back in again but trying to figure out how it's supposed to be held in place.

Ideas?

I THINK?? there is a small phillips screw in the back that may have fallen out. Might have to remove stuff to access it!
