Who has carpet (kits)?

1. Dean
2. Roadsterwerx
3. ?
4. ?

I received two carpet swatches from Dean and am just wondering what other options are out there.

Don't buy from Roadsterwerx. Overpriced not trustworthy - from my experience with them.

I had a bad experience with Roadsterwerx with some seat covers a few years ago. Actually more than Dean’s at the time, but I think it’s important to spread the wealth to keep all the vendors alive. Anyway, listed the covers in-stock on EBay...they weren’t. Two months with one excuse after another, we finally parted ways and they issued me a refund. Three days later I had a set from Dean on my porch. From the looks of it, they have had many satisfied customers since, so take my tale for what it’s worth. Oh btw, it’s my understanding Dean and Roadsterwerk use the same source in Mexico for their interior stuff.

I bought mine from stockinteriors.com
Datsun Fairlady Roadster '70 Cut and Sewn Carpet complete kit #9058

Decent quality and fit, many color choices, came with pad attached, can get color samples prior to ordering

In 2015 $199.95 + shipping

Does anyone make a wool carpet kit, or is that something an upholstery shop would do?

The question I have is what was original? My 1500 had wool I think. It was not loop but smooth.

Dean used to offer one for something like $800 a few years ago. Maybe he still has one on a shelf somewhere, or willing to give you the company he was sourcing it from.

What about the pads?
The pads are not included but are easy enough to cut out using the carpet pieces as a template.

Haha, I bought a complete carpet kit from “stock interiors” for my Land Cruiser and had a great experience...
