Weber Install

Post by S Allen »

Gary Yasaki sent me a nice write-up with pictures regarding his weber install on his stroked 1600. Good information with quite a few links. Thank Gary if you find it useful.

Great write up Gary. Your mount for the throttle cable is a lot nicer than what I made.
My junk pile:
71 Jeep Gladiator. Restored w/#s matching engine. My WeeBeasty
70 1600 legit 2nd owner. Stroked and bored
Several salvaged w access to a barn full of parts, part cars & whole cars
......What's in the barn is for sale. What do you need?

My experience over the past 30 or so years with Mikuni, SK Racing, OERS and now Dellortos on a U20 mimics this a lot. As I too have found, the wide band is priceless, as is the right air flow meter. Very nice install! Great sounds I'm sure ! Congrats!
