CRC electronic spray at OReilley's etc is great for getting dirt and corrosion off contacts. I think the underside of the headlight relay could use more cleaning, I looked at your pic again. A little Dremel brush works great.

Looking at your system, you have a PASSING LIGHT RELAY. Three wires RED/WHITE, RED, BLACK. Disconnect the RED/ WHITE and RED wires.

This was for testing your headlight relay, its possible that the passing relay was grounded and then the head light relay would not work.

yes all is well . I'm only re reading this to make sure I didn't miss something important . I was tired and that memory cell was asleep I guess . haha thanks for asking and sorry I spaced .

no it makes sense , I just tend to run on. haha sometimes I get lost bouncing back n forth . but not really .. and that made no sense .. haha I'm understanding a bit more on thiS .. now what were we talking about ? hahah

all of these electrical issues with things as I look around and it's definitely something I've been battling for a while . fuse box ,,as it hit me to look at /fix someone has mentioned .. the connections were good it was the wires hooked up to the wrong wires in the fuse box . I only thought they had "to be there" and fuse ok . ..not a certain order too ... so that hopefully will titty up all these old issues... I hope .
