Diagram for firewall - 67.5

Post by jamesw »

I should be getting 132 back from the bodyshop soon woohoo. Does anyone have a diagram showing what runs through the firewall and where and which grommet to use where? I bought a full set from Dean but could use help on how to route my cabling and wiring.

Thanks!

James, I have looked for this as well. The diagrams I have seen don't show this in detail. There may be other manuals other than what is online, or what I have in hard copy.

The outside diameter of the grommet will be a good guide as to where they actually go.
As for wiring does this help: -

If you need the legend for all the numbered items, let me know.

Nissanman - that is just helpful in general as I'll be running my wiring soon too. Yes, I would like to see the legend. Thanks.

There are a lot of penetrations for the heater hoses, speedo and tach, etc. It would be nice if someone who has done it before had an engine out photo showing that stuff but I know it's a lot to ask.

Cheers

Here are few engine bay shots from my collection: -

And here is the Legend for the wiring layout: -

SP311 Electrical wiring0003.JPG

Note that not all components in the wiring diagram are numbered and therefore they don't appear in the Legend, e.g. Voltage Regulator and Oil Pressure Sender etc.
I think they are all on the drawing, but you might have to guess what they are :|

Haha! I just posted this same question again - I guess my memory didn't fail me after all. Never got a good answer!

Anything new since 2016?

Cheers
