fog light wiring - blowing fuses

So this drove me nuts at first because I thought these were two different switches. Turns out they are the same and you just hook them up different for lights and wipers.

True for the S-3. It appears that you have a S-2 top mounted on a S-3 base.

Many thanks to Curtis and all others for their patience and guidance. I have successfully wired up my first relay.I ran into a slight problem in that the original power lead for the toggle switch initially showed power with a test light and then didn't further along in the process of wireing the relay. So I ran a new power lead from the fuse terminal to the toggle, making sure it was an accessary controlled terminal. Just for good measure, I put an inline fuse in the power lead to the toggle. Probably unnecessary, but figured it couldn't hurt. Also installed an inline fuse in the power lead from the battery to the relay as recommended in the tech wiki. Now my fog lights are CONSIDERABLY brighter than my headlights. I guess I should consider another relay for the headlights. All in all, a good learning experience for this old caveman.
