Just a little update: my neighbor, who is a GM guy and has two 60's Pontiac LeMans, gave me a set of LCA bushings. The only marking on them is 3008A. From a quick google search, I'm finding links back to Energy Suspension. The OD appears to be 1.65", or ~41.9mm. It looks like this bushing could work with some slight modifications on a lathe.

Jordan, from looking at the black version of the 3008A Energy Suspension bushings you posted, mine look to be made possibly from that same vendor or at least the same type of material as well. However the bushings I used were bonded to the outer housing with only the inner sleeve being grease-able.

I do recall that the person I got mine from had said he found suppliers that had either the regular rubber versions or the high performance grease-able versions that I have and that mine fit perfect without any modification.

Quick ?--if my bushings are otherwise good, can they survive a trip through the powder coating oven?

The original filler is rubber. My guest would be no.
