Wilton Wool Carpet

Post by Curtis »

Thinking of having a set of carpets made in wool like the originals. Anyone know the difference between the I, II and III?

Dean used to sell a set a few/several years ago for around $700 IIRC. I’d be interested in something like that.

I got it for the 64 last year, made a big difference to me as far as being original vs the later kits.

Pictures?
It sounds like a great upgrade. No fault of the vendors but the Distinctive Industries is not very impressive. I don't know about other companies; my guess is they are similar. Custom made sounds better. Hats off to Distinctive Industries for making all the other trim though.
With that said, my Distinctive Industries carpet has lasted 10 years but I keep her pretty well kept and she doesn't get outdoor exposure unless she's in motion..

I have the DI carpet in the car I'm driving. I just don't like the loop. It looks cheap.
