Any way you can get a measurement from the bolt hole in the mount to some other thing, like the rear crossmember, and post it here so someone else with a bare frame can verify the bracket is in the right place?? Looks to be off by 3/4",so it should be easy to tell. As Bill said, might be welded it in the wrong place
2nd thought Disconnect the link from the axle and connect it to the frame and then hold it in place above the rear axle. Visualize how much the rear axle will come up as the springs compress to normal ride height, any chance it could/would/might line up? If it will, then it will go into place without any preload once the car is on the ground, which is good.

That's a good idea, I will measure up the mount tonight and post the information.

All this has me wondering what happens to my stabilizer bar position with lowering blocks applied.
It will be fun to find out ...

I still think that the mount on the axle shifted and is welded on in the wrong place

Have you put everything back to stock? What has changed? Your variable is in there

I took the torque rod out of one of my 67.5's and put it into the 67.5 that I am doing a frame off on. It was about 3/4" short. I put a ratchet strap from the X-frame to the torque rod mount on the rear end and pulled it into place. Is the misalignment caused by no body(weight) on the car ? The frame I took the torque rod off of was tight too.

I don't know if it made a difference and/or allowed the axle carrier to twist, but when I put mine on the rear rims were not on (two jack stands across the rear of the frame). I bolted the torque rod to the frame and it was a perfect fit to the rear axle mount. Mine is 67.5 close to your set up...short of the flex form springs. Uploaded the two photos of that area, but not the same photo angle, but maybe you can compare against your mounts angle.

CHECK THE PINION ANGLE and adjust with tapered shims

Sorry for the long delay, was a crazy last month or so. So I put the OE springs and rear end in, and it lines up the same way as with the flexform and rx7 rear end. I haven't had a chance to pick up a tool to check the pinion angle. I am very new to driveline geometry, so any guidance would be appreciated.

I think that you need to have a conversation with the person that did the conversion. I don't think that they got the angles correct when they transferred the mounts.

The OE rear end doesn't line up either. I have tried the following combinations now
FlexForm w/RX7 rear
FlexForm w/OE rear
OE Springs w/RX7 rear
OE Springs w/OE rear

All are off about the same, again all of this was done with the body off the car. I will research the pinion angle thing, and go from there.

I would not do anything until you get the frame at ride height and measure the pinion, driveshaft and transmission angle.
