A 5 main R15 is 279lb with AL head, 10lb FW, clutch and all front accessories. (no carbs/header)
A 5-speed is 90lbs ballpark.
The U is ~75lbs heavier due to counter balanced crank, larger head, and all the additional steel parts.

I weighed my 5 speed transmission once on the bathroom scales and IIRC it was 85lbs.

Yep, 5 is a bit heavier than the 4 speed pictured. I got
279+90+75=444 which is right in the ballpark.
