Our 1967 Datsun Roadster SEMA Project

Post by spags1986 »

I realized today that my brother has been posting a few "sneak peaks" on the Facebook page but nothing has been posted on 311s.org. This is a project my brother has been working on for the last few months to launch his new business venture. His shop will restore, fix, engine swap, customize, you name it. He has been working with a bunch of partners on this deal and will be offering a few of the products for sale. I'll get a few more pictures along the way but this is turning out to be one special build.

His shop by the way is in Azusa California and we will be having an open house on November 2nd before loading it up to head out to SEMA. Please let me know if you would like to join.

Super cool build! Can't wait to see the completed project and some good roadster representation at SEMA.

I recently joined the FB group and saw your roadster, don't know if Mike told you, but I used to work with your dad some 30 years ago at a company called Performance Marketing. It was good to hear from him. Great job on the roadster. Small world, who would have thought I would run into someone via the net regarding Roadsters 30 years later.

Yeah we were talking about this a few nights ago, such a small world. We got the roadster/ datsun bug from my father, ever since I could remember there was either a 510 or roadster sitting in the garage, first car I learned to drive stick on and first car I stole out of the garage to go on joy rides :).

Hey Greg,
The shop will be specializing in Datsuns specifically, anything from restorations to full on custom builds like you see here. You're not that far, please feel free to drive by one Saturday and we'll open the doors for you. We have had a couple meet ups already as the shop is at the base of Azusa canyon road which makes for a fun cruise after.
