correct seats?
Would someone please explain, or better, post pics of the correct seats for a late production run 1970 SPL? ordered books haven't arrived yet, site searched, still don't know. With headrests or not? Adjustable? Thanks in advance.
I haven't felt like that since 7th grade...

Manuals etc are downloadable from the Tech Wiki.
You can also do a SEARCH for "seat pics" and probably see whole lot of pics too.
Also pics in Members Garage thread

Re: correct seats?
this seems like something Alvin has a million pictures of. Im no expert, but I believe that anything after 68 had headrests, but not sure about adjustability
theres a 69 parts car in the classifieds that shows the seats

Re: correct seats?
‘68 -‘70 all had the same seats, but headrests were only mandatory from ‘69 on. The headrests are “adjustable†in the sense that you can shove them all the way down, as pictured below, or they can be set about 2â€-3†up utilizing a screw from behind the seat back.

Re: correct seats?
68 seats had "buttons" to cover the holes for the headrests if not so equipped. The picture looks correct except the seat back should be worn through and stuffing sticking out where you enter the car.
You mean that's not stock?
