1500 wheel color

1500 wheel color
I’m finally getting my stock wheels powder coated. From what I can see the stock color is the silver used on all years. I just want to confirm.
I remember when no one wanted the 1500s......

I believe that to be correct - certainly is for all dual carb models.

Wasn’t the original color a sort of silver-grey? Personally, I think straight-up silver looks the best...

When I had my original wheels powder coated the shop had a color chart, from which I chose a color by eye that I thought matched best. Here's what the results were. I was very pleased with the color match.
