Looks like a 69 with the luggage rack. I see 5 mile an hour bumpers on some cars.

Loved seeing all the street scenes. YT's autoplay function is usually irritating, but in this case, it went on to another compilation and another 311 ! Check it out! Man, I could spend all night looking at this old footage.

Crazy that an old Beetle looks gigantic next to a 311 haha, even the pinto behind it looks huge
