Still waiting for Visual FX to open up at their new location in Green Cove Springs, FL. Looks like I may have to wait a bit longer then I want. Looks like about 6 weeks before the paint is completed. I need to find a muffler shop that can build me a quality muffler. Anyone in north Florida know of one?

I really like the Deluxe Stainless System! Wow! Will that be a an issue with the SR20DE S14? I don't know much about exhaust systems. I do have the exhaust manifold from Michael Spreadbury. I would think that the 2" option would be what I want.

Its still 2000cc displacement right? should be enough unless you're building something that needs to squeeze out every BHP possible

I’m ready to buy. Do you use a O2 bung and if so where?

My stock O2 is in the manifold, but I added a bung farther down in case I ever want to put in a wide band. My understanding is that it should be in about the 10 or 2 o'clock position. I'm guessing JT would know the best position with enough clearance.

I get my car next Wednesday! The outside still needs to be painted but I will get it running and then continue with the paint. It's feels like a long time but I get to start working on her finally. I have full use of a bay at a very nice auto mechanic shop for the work to be done in the next few weeks and the ear of my friend/mechanic. This is the fun part!

Looks like I have most my parts for next week but I still need to chose a fuse box and relay box. Suggestions are very welcome. Also how much Dynamat Xtreme should I buy for a complete coverage.

I am using this one:

Count how many circuits you will need, both switched and unswitched, and the leave some extras.

I also have a small fuse box under the hood to provide higher amp power to various relays.

Does anyone have a picture of where they drilled the holes thru the firewall for their wire harness for the SR20DE swap? If you used the existing holes please let me know which ones you used. I had my firewall sealed up so I can put them anywhere I chose, but its a big deal to make a hole where its not needed. My plan is in the center part near the bottom. The engine is very close to the center so it's going to be a very tight fit. I will have my air conditioner unit where my glove box was so that area is already spoken for.
I did get some response on this earlier on this thread but that was only what to seal up not where to make the new holes.
Thanks you all ahead of time.

Michael, why don't you have Charles drive his 70 over. It is stock so you can see all you want side by side with the car.
