I always like the look of a Ferrari shift plate, obviously the shift throw isn't as short as a Ferrari. I did a lot of measuring and pattern making out of 1/4 inch plywood until I got it right then 1/4 inch bass polished and chromed. Nearly impossible to miss a gear.

Wow, I just saw this post, Thomcraft. Any chance you'd be willing to make another one of these or post up the schematics? I'd love to put this in my Roadster!

Thomcraft hasn't checked in here in almost two years. Shame though, beside the shift plate he did a really cool steering wheel mod. The craft in his screen name was well earned!
