Drove SRL311-00565 all around town this weekend.

Later in the day, the neighbors coordinated a car get together in our housing tract.

Topped off Saturday evening with a drive with my wife to a friend's pot luck dinner.

Sunday, woke up early just coming up with excuses to drive the roadster, including a run the Barbers & home depot.

Roadster Drive today. 10-11-19
A beautiful, sunny, sort of warm, Fall day drive. 7 hrs. 232 miles.

Roadster Drive Today. 10-24-19. Round trip to the Columbia River at Vantage. 240 miles.
Sunny and warm (mid 60s) day on the East side of the Cascades.
One of my favorite routes to the Columbia River. Over Snoqualmie Pass on I90
and once past Easton there are side roads instead of the freeway.
The old Vantage Highway from Ellensburg to Vantage can be driven at a good pace.
Got 2 boxes of apples on the way back.

Last Sunday I drove down to Monterey to attend a work conference. Could not pass an opportunity to take the roadster on the famous 17-Mile Drive through Pebble Beach! Weather was incredible, ~80 degrees and clear at the coast.

Ray Lim Visits DROPS

Good meetings and drives with visiting 311s member Ray Lim from SoCal. 10-27/28-19
5 roadsters at the DROPS Sunday Meet and Greet and the drive after.
Monday Ted and Ray drove to see PEBBLES (Dave McPherson)
Nippy but beautiful weather both days. Sunny but low 40's to mid 50's.
Ray did OK with the cold, for one of those used to warmth, SoCal guys.
Ray got the FOT ( Friend of Ted) Deluxe Drive package. He got to drive all 4 of my roadsters. Plus a visit to see PEBBLES!
If you are visiting the Seattle area, let me know and I will get you together with the DROPS roadsters guys.

Lots of driving last weekend!

On Saturday I joined me friend Geoff in his Lotus 7 for blast through the Santa Cruz Mtns. Extremely humbled by his go-kart in the tight twisty stuff...he simply was untouchable!

On Sunday I joined my friend Naveed in his Porsche 911 on a similar drive with a few new (to me) roads. Got to drive a Series 1 S30:

Lunch stop at Alice's Restaurant and spotted this absolutely wild Mazda RX-2 with a 13B swap from an FD RX-7...485hp to the wheels!

Both runs gave me ideas for a Bay Area Fun Run!

Also attended a Cars and Coffee event:
