Sounds like the adrenaline pump is still working. I've running #12s on the end of my legs and have found out i have to choose which shoes to drive in. I guess i should by some driving gloves and a frumpy hat to go with them, lol
Keith. We need to find the time and place to get together and drive some of those mountain roads up your way.

Keith, your right about the choice of shoes. When I first got it back together last spring I would just take my right shoe off. It doesn't help that not only have my feet grown longer they have grown wider a well, I even have trouble finding EEs that fit! Definitely need to get together this spring and go for a run! No real mountains here in northeast Ok, but know of several half day runs with lots of curvy roads that take you around several lakes with good lunch stops. My shop is 1/2 shop and 1/2 MIL apartment so if you want to spend the night it's a great place to stay. If I'm able to eat meat again by then I might charge you a brisket or some smoked ribs for the privilege :D Right now my biggest hold back is that I don't have a top yet, but hope to get one as soon as it warms up and the heat makes it easier to install. We get lots of pop up showers here, so even though I hope not to use it, I don't want to get caught in the rain without one! There seems that there is getting to be a fair amount of Roadsters in this part of the country, it would be nice to get some sort of meet organized.

Cooked 3 14lb prime ribs for a group at Lake Murray. Here’s the leftovers.

If your BBQ pics don’t get a group event going, nothing will.

Sadly-Linda has passed away 2022. She was the 311's den mother and drove the first Rare-Parts ball joint project. RIP.

It would appear the meat is organized, very well organized.

Mike, There is an SAS in Tulsa, https://www.sasshoes.com/stores/
My sas journey sneakers would last about 6 mo, trekking 5 mi a day on 30" thick concrete. I will be purchasing my last pair very soon .)
I also have a pair of the bravo sandals for use in the house, per Dr's order.
I too have very wide feets, and drive barefoot at Shedd .).)

Pretty Z, same color as my first '73 Datsun 620 PU, dessert gold. Wish I still had it, early model I think, said Datsun1600 in script on the fender.

Great rides!

Thanks for the heads up David, I'll check them out next time I need shoes.

Alvin, that was indeed a nice mix of cars. German, Italian, British, and Japoneese. Just goes to show that wether it's a $25,000 car or a $250,000 car, the passion is the same!

Roadster Drive Today with PEBBLES
ANY day is a weekend for old retired guys.
The BARN and YURT Tour. 1-29-19. 150 miles
SUNNY and Nippy.
Drove my favorite Snoqualmie Valley route North to visit PEBBLES
He was making some progress on his SR roadster body but the frame is being used for storage.😁😁.
Then Dave drove south with me through Arlington, Granite Falls, Sultan.
I gave Dave a rare DROPS permit to allow him to drive with the top up.😞😢😲😊
A beautiful day in the PNW.
