I like the hauler! I showed my wife the pictures from Shedd this weekend, after we got back from trailer-camping. She couldn't' quite grasp why we would drive the Roadster and sleep in a tent with a perfectly good travel trailer at home. Maybe that's the best of both worlds?

Took the roadster out to Santa Monica today. Wifes first time in it since I bought it, she liked it, especially while the weather was really nice. Took it to watch ET in 70mm film and saw Jon Favreau in the theatre. Super nice guy. Was a nice day!

Went to the Cops & Rodders car show in Hamilton, Ontario today. Over 500 cars were there but mine was the only roadster.

Took a short little drive with the wife to Poulsbo, WA this morning. I have to admit, it's getting a little cold in the morning to be driving 70+ mph with the top down.

Hey all, decided last minute to drive up to Monterey for the Rolex motorsports reunion. Camped it for the night and met up with Alvin and crew the next day:) Had a tight time restriction so i had to head back. Found my coolant leak, looks like its coming out of the water pump gasket. Hopefully its not the pump. Took about 2.5 gallons of coolant to make it up and back.

Here is the video of my trip.

Only downside is, I have to stand on the car to get in bed
No front sleeper in this one. Most haulers with a front bedroom have smaller/limited cargo space.
I just got back from a 9 day 1000 mile trip, only 8 demerits. :smt026
Car only came out at Blue Lake and Shedd.
other toy in truckbed.

For me, yes best of both worlds.

It was a nice drive. Made some adjustments to the hood latch, so I had to test it. It was a success!

The wife and I made it to Shedd #10. What a great variety of cars to view. Wonderful hosts and location.

Thanks Bill and Karen.

I drove out to Big Basin Redwoods State Park on Saturday.

I was shadowed in my daily driver by friends and family visiting from out of town. They took turns riding shotgun in the Roadster.
