Took it to a real mechanic. 😊 DAMN ! They're tight to work on. Had the motor out. Fixed. Back in, clutch and tranny good. Radiator, fan, drive shaft. Little prick just wore me out.

What wires are connected where? Need more to go on than "it's not getting spark"...

^ Agreed, we are happy to help but there are many reasons why there may be no spark... ignition switch to points to coil to cap/wires... WHERE is there no spark? I believe there are wiring diagrams available that Curtis has done... that may help trace wires. If it's sparking at the points (if still stock) could be the coil, condenser, wiring...?

Many times I have left the rotor button out! That's a real head slapper that's easily fixed.

I'M BACK ! Found a dime size hex head bolt in the water pump. Must be for the temperature sender. Found a brass tube shaped one on eBay. I need help on my temp gauge.

Had two plug wires switched over last winter. Ran great for a day. Then the original coil took a crap. I thought I broke it.
RUNNING now with pretty good power. No leaks. No smoke.
ANY help on the temp gauge would be appreciated

Not familiar with R motors, but I suggest looking at some schematics in the tech wiki to try to ID what you're describing.

Temp sender is in the head under the water fitting below the thermostat tower.

Front of head manifold side. Can't miss it, exhaust port next to it.

There are two different retaining nuts for the sender. SAE or metric depending on the head. Probably metric for you.
66 stroker, almost done.
67 basket case, paint coming soon.
