Android phone photo posting attachment problem

I have been working with Steve on a problem attaching photos taken with my android phone.
The photo will not attach to a post. Error message is "--can not determine dimensions of the image--".
Any other android phone/camera user having this problem??
Most likely me (elder tech neanderthal). :( :(
The phone photos are OK in emails, texts, messenger, Facebook etc.

My problem is all the images are too big. I have to transfer them to computer, then shrink, then post. It is what it is. I wont pay the photobucket $400 a year tax.

Mike, are you using an Android phone? If so, you can post pictures on 311s after resizing?
I handle my pics the same way. Move them to my PC, resize and then post.
The picture size is not a problem (usually only about 300 KB) but the 311s software can not "see" the picture dimensions/size.
and rejects the photo attachment.
I have tried resizing in my phone first and have used other Camera apps that provide for smaller size pics and still no luck.
I am using Chrome and the pictures are accepted for all my other uses/postings.
Strange
Ted.
